Women’s Self-Defense Program

“Confidence to Overcome Challenges”

Our Women’s Self-Defense classes are designed to address the unique challenges women face regarding personal safety. During my journey in Jiu-Jitsu, police officers and assault survivors helped me identify the most common tactics used by aggressors and attackers. These classes teach you the skills and knowledge needed to recognize, avoid, and respond to dangerous situations. It’s not about being aggressive; it’s about confidence to Survive and Flee.
